By creating and account with APS you agree for Ashtech Payments Services to process your credit card for your payments according to the opted options: HOA payments and/or service payments. You agree to pay the credit card processing charges and service charges by APS described on the information page.
If you subscribe for recurring charges, you must agree to the following:
– In case of not authorised charge the full amount will be refunded to you.
– If you have changed your mind and request back the already paid amount, the credit card processing charges will not be refunded.
– If you fail to update your expired or cancelled card information, a fine in the amount $50 may be applied to your HOA account.
– In case of dispute for a subscription or other charges there will be a $50 charge to your HOA account if it is won by Ashtech Pay Service. So please, contact APS before you decide to dispute the charges.
