Because of the nature of service, your payment includes credit card processing and administrative charges and only the net portion of the residual amount is transferred to your HOA or utility account. If you made a payment using a credit or debit card, only the net amount will be refunded. If the payment was in direct deposit form or by wire transfer, the received amount will be refunded in full.
