This page describes how to calculate your payment to have the payable amount calculated properly. You can pay for more than one service in your transaction. The service fee for the event (transaction) is $20 and each payment fee is $5. So if you are paying for one service only, you add $25 to your total payable. If you are paying for 3 services, please add $35 to your total payment. An example is the event when you pay for your property tax, TIGO account and Electric bill. Those count for 3 services. If you do not know how much is your bill, you can transfer an amount you would like to keep in trust with APS (Ashtech Payments Service) and the future requests will be deducted from that amount (no event fees, only $5 transaction fees). You will receive receipts for each event processed at the time of payment and for later service charges (transaction fees only) if you decide to use your balance with APS.
If you request a wire transfer, please add $63 to your total that you need your recipient to have in their bank account.
You can save the 5.2% credit card charges by sending money directly to the APS USD bank account at CIBC bank in Canada using e-transfer or wire transfer.
